今天是我军训生涯的第一天。
早上，我兴致勃勃地迈入了武警基地的大门。一进入大门，我就先认识了教官。我们的教官姓x，二十来岁，皮肤黑黑的，比同龄人略显苍老，对我们比较严格。
今天的训练非常艰苦，我们顶着烈日，一动都不能动。我浑身难受，直想挠，可是不行。还剩最后一小时，我正暗自庆幸，突然，我感到有一点点难受，也说不上是什么感觉。接着，眼前的景物消失了，代替它的是一个个花花的亮点，顿时头晕目眩。我长这么大才知道什么叫“头晕目眩”，这次也算是长了见识。
夕阳西下，一天的训练生活终于结束了！我们疲惫不堪地走回宿舍洗澡。这里没有热水，洗澡水出奇得凉，地面有好几厘米厚的积水，很脏。宿舍里没有空调，睡下去时很热，睡着了又很冷，很多同学都感冒了。我的适应能力不错，很快就习惯了。
今天真累，我刚一躺下就睡着了，但愿明天会更好！
