On our arriving at Xiao Meisha, we were all filled with excitement, since this was our first trip to the seaside. Xiao Meisha was an excellent seaside resort indeed. There the sky was clean and bright, the wind was mild and pleasant, the sandy beach was soft and comfortable, and the sea was so magnificent. We felt refreshed at that moment. It seemed as if we traveled in the heaven.

今天是军训的第一天，我既十分激动又十分紧张。因为我平时比较好动，不容易控制自己。我想：这次军训我一定要以一个军人的标准严格要求自己。

首先，教官教了我们基本军姿：两脚微分，中间要有一只脚的距离;要挺胸、抬头、收腹，双手紧贴军裤中缝，双腿并拢……哇。最基本的军姿都有这么多要求。我赶紧按照要求站好，一站就是三分钟，我坚持住了。

接着我们又学了盘腿坐下，这个动作很简单，一会儿我就完全按要求学会了;我们还学习了原地踏步走：要求按口号做，喊“一”左脚落地，喊“二”右脚落地，刚开始我总是做不好，经过教官几次的指导，我也能跟上节奏原地踏步了;最难的是学叠军被，步骤较多，完成一次要好几分钟呢。大部分同学都比较慌乱，教官耐心指导我们每一个步骤，慢慢的我们也学会了，只是时间有点长。

第一天军训就学了不少关于军人的要求，我想：后面几天一定还有许多新要求，难度也会加大，我一定要认真学习，力争圆满完成这次军训。

中秋节是汉族和少数民族的民间传统节日。早在三代时期我国就有“秋暮夕月”的习俗。夕月，即祭拜月神。到了周代，每逢中秋夜都要举行迎寒和祭月。在唐代，中秋赏月，玩月颇为盛行。

南宋，民间以月饼相赠，取团圆之义，晚上，有赏月、游湖等活动。明清以来，中秋节的风俗更加盛行，许多地方形成了烧斗香、树中秋、点塔灯、放天灯、走月亮。舞火龙等特殊风俗。今天，月下游玩的习俗，已很少了。但设宴赏月仍很盛行，人们把酒问月，庆贺美好的生活，或祝远方的亲人健康快乐，和家人“千里共婵娟”。

古时还有祭月和拜月活动。设大香案，摆上月饼、西瓜、苹果、梨，葡萄等祭品，其中月饼和西瓜是绝对不能少的。西瓜还有切成莲花状，在月下，将月亮神像放在月亮的那个地方，红烛高燃，全家人依次拜祭月亮，然后由当家主妇切开团圆月饼，切的人预先算好全家共有多少人，不能切多也不能切少。月饼与中秋节的联系是在明代。

具有关资料说，当时，北京城市里出现了一种以果做馅的月饼，而人们在中秋节这一天自己制作月饼，用于自身和赠于亲朋好友，以表达团圆和祝贺之意。那时的月饼大小和形状很不规范，差别甚大，其名称也颇特别。

比如，山西省介县一带在中秋节这天，当地老百姓已有合家围坐分食团圆月饼的习俗其制作的月饼名堂多且有趣，如有专供男的食用的月牙月饼，有只限于女的享用的葫芦月饼，还有特别为小孩们准备的“孙悟空”，“兔儿爷”之类的月饼，等等。名目繁多，不一而足。

中秋节的习俗很多，形式也各不相同，但都寄托着人们对生活无限的热爱和对美好生活的向往。中秋节是人们一直都喻为最有人情味，最有诗情画意的一个节日。有人说，每逢佳节倍思亲，中秋节这一份思念当然会更深切，尤其是一轮明月高高挂的时刻。
